Weekly Wrap Up - Easter Week

Monday Olivia started her new job.  She spent the day learning their computer system as well as their billing system.  She had a really good day.  Lindsey had a regular day, school early then off to nanny until 5:30pm.  I spent the early part of the day spring cleaning the living room and reorganizing a bit.  The dog is still limping, but I'm cut him back on his pain meds.  The meds make him very anxious, so I'm trying to keep him comfortable, but not nutty.  

Tuesday everyone was up and out the door to work early.  Olivia learned how to draw vaccines and run Coggins tests, and worked on more computer/billing.  Lindsey had a full day with school and her kids.  I worked on spring cleaning all the bathrooms.  The dog seemed a little more uncomfortable today, so I went back to giving him meds twice a day.  Jiu-jitsu rounded out the evening.

Wednesday everyone was out the door early.  Olivia's been learning all kinds of crazy equine stuff, and feels the need to show me photos of gross things.  She's loving it, so I'm happy for her.  She also got a key to the office today.  This was her last day of the week, as she's currently only working Monday-Wednesday.  Lindsey talked with the family she nannies for full time and told them she's not returning in the fall.  She wants to have more freedom in her schedule for her senior year.  My cleaning target for the day was the bathrooms. The dog was very lethargic, so I cut the pain meds back.  It's frustrating trying to keep him where he's not hurting, but where he's also not just sleeping all day.

Thursday Olivia was off from work, so she slept in.  Lindsey took her final exam in Consumer Math, and finished that course for the year.  She only has biology, grammar and ASL left now.  I picked up groceries and then worked on laundry.   Olivia also received notice that she's a prospective juror for our district court starting next week through mid-July.  The dog was very antsy today.  I don't know if it's the weather change, his pain meds, or if he's just tired of being in the house.  Jiu-jitsu wrapped up the evening.

Good Friday - Everyone was off work!  We all had the opportunity to sleep in.  We were all up before 7, with the exception of Olivia...sigh.  We took Olivia's felt cowboy hat to get it resized/reshaped, and ordered her birthday cake for next weekend.  In the afternoon, my brother Nelson came for Good Friday dinner. Afterward dinner, we colored a few eggs...and used this cute gnome kit I found.
