‘Twas the Week Before Christmas

This has been such a busy fun week.  We started off with the Stained Glass Homeschool Choir Christmas Concert.   The girls did well and we all had a great time socializing afterwards.

Christmas 2012 022

We went to a walk through Nativity as we focused on Christ in Christmas.

Christmas 2012 049

We’ve made Christmas gifts.

Christmas 2012 003

We made incredible amounts of sugar laden Christmas treats.

Christmas Baking 025

We had our monthly Activity Day meeting. (Why on earth did we have this 5 days before Christmas??)  It was lots of fun, but I’ve decided I hate gingerbread houses.  GAH!

Activity Day 005

In the middle of all this, we actually completed a lot of school work.  In fact, we hit our halfway mark for the year on Wednesday of this week!  WOOHOO!!

How was your week?  All ready for Christmas?   Link up with us at the Weekly Wrap Up and share your successes, or struggles as the case may be.

  1. Wow you fit a lot in the week before Christmas! I'm impressed. :) I'm with you on the gingerbread houses... we tried them last year and I decided that as long as my kids don't request them again, I'm opting out this year! Merry Christmas!
