Weekly Wrap Up–The Culmination Week

It’s finally here, the week that all of our extra curricular things finish up for the year! Woot!

Monday was Lindsey’s piano lesson day.  She will continue her lessons over the summer, but at least we’re off next week, grins.

Ballet wrapped up on Tuesday as well. However, both girls will be working through a week long ballet intensive later in the summer.

Awana awards were on Wednesday night.  Olivia received both the Challenge and Timothy Awards for completing her second two TNT books (including the gold and silver extra credit) in one year.  She also brought home the Clubber of the Year Award!! 

Lindsey brought home the both the Alpha and Excellence Awards for finishing Books 1 and 2 in her first year in TNT.  She also completed the Gold & Silver Extra Credit sections

Our local homeschool support group hosted Field Day on Thursday.  This was the first time we’ve had this event and it was a blast.  I was busy running the blind obstacle course, and didn’t get a chance to take photos…so I’ve stolen one of my friends’ pictures.

Friday was a lovely day at home, during which I planned to get lots done.  In reality, it didn’t happen, but there’s always next week.
