This has been a pretty average week. Olivia has spent a lot of time working at the farm and getting riding time in. She seems to be a natural in the saddle, and the owner has offered to let her show one of the horses this coming year (if her schedule allows, and if we're not in total lockdown, ahem).
Lindsey's weekend babysitting job at the local church came to a screeching halt as our governor issued new mandates about the amount of people in a group. Supposedly, that change doesn't apply to churches or schools. But, none the less, they shut it down, and she's officially unemployed until who knows when.
I hosted an online Tupperware party last month, my free item arrived this week and I'm tickled with it. Isn't this the cutest little canister set?
School has gone smoothly this week. Lindsey is just plowing through without a lot of effort from me. Olivia is still working on her German and doing quite well with it. My brother stopped by mid-week for a visit, and I had a lunch date with my friend Yvette.
Olivia starts training at her new job this afternoon. She'll be working with a facility that houses 30 horses, so it'll be a bit overwhelming at first as she gets to know all the horses' names and routines.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Sorry to hear about Lindsay's job but that Tupperware set is just adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love Snoopy and the gang, especially at Christmas!
